Our mattress is 16" deep and all i can find are ones that accomodate 14.5 max.

I've already searched the internet. I need to know a specific store that carries satin extra deep sheets

Hello,
Not sure if you mean:
satin: silk or polyester fabric
sateen: cotton with a smooth weave
Most people use the 2 words interchangeably. But they are 2 very different things. In your product search on line you can use the keyword phrase "deep pocket" to help you find sheets that will fit thick pillow top mattresses.

They fit mattresses from 18" - 21" and come in 200tc to 1200tc. They all have an elastic band around the entire bottom of the fitted sheet, which pulls it snug down around the mattress, so you can use them on any mattress from 8" up to their limit.

Try satin sheets on the Internet. There is a ton of sheet sites, I get my waterbed sheets there.

You might have to order them from a store, because it's a rare size of bed they probably don't carry that size in stock.
