I have a friend with this name and he spells it 'Jeffrey', this is what www.ancestry.com has to say about the name,
Jeffrey
English: variant spelling of Geoffrey, common in the Middle Ages (as reflected in surnames such as Jefferson). This is the usual spelling of the name in the United States. Variant: Jeffery.

Short form: Jeff.
hope this helps.

www.babynames.com

Shows all but JEFFEREY in their listings, but they all are of English origin and mean "God peace." If you want it truly spelled in the British fashion, spell it GEOFFREY--which means the same as the others.

The only one I am familiar with is the first, Jeffrey. It is common enough in UK. If you are using this for genealogial purposes, do a google search using each variation, for example 'genealogy Jeffrey' produced dozens of potential correct answers for you.
