There is NOTHING wrong with masturbation. It is a completely natural thing. And a lot of fun!

It is a normal part of being a human. Religion has only one reason for banning it, along with birth control - it reduces the number of members in a religion, and therefore their powerbase. After all, if you can satisfy that urge without sex and the risk of getting pregnant, you are less likely to have many children - and the power and influence of any religion is based on the number of people who follow it. However, all mammals do it - cats and dogs, whales, primates, horses and cows...you name it, they do it. Are we really so different?

Enjoy yourself - it's the safest thing around these days.

Like in the old days, this theme is still taboo, it shouldn't be!, the secrecy that society give to masturbation make it seem wrong, when in fact is not. It is relaxing, it increases your blood stream, helps you think clearly by releasing more oxygen to your brain. By the way, don't be too fast masturbating, give it a good ten to fifteen minutes, like any other exercise, it straightens your heart.

No, it is not wrong at all. In fact it's healthy, relieves stress and is much safer than satisfying those urges with just any one. Being a Virgin is not a bad thing as long as you are sure about your reasons.

Masturbation is NOT harmful, abnormal, sinful (there is nothing in the bible that forbids masturbation. This is a convoluted notion on one passage twisted to fit the morals of the church), or wrong

Why would it be wrong...it's the most natural thing in the world and far safer than other ways of satisfying your needs. The only person who is punishing you, is yourself. Be kind to yourself, this is just another way of loving who you are.

There is nothing wrong with masturbation. If you are saving yourself for marriage and that is what it takes go for it. 95% of people masturbate and the other 5% lie about it.

I have never read anywhere where it is wrong. I agree with you about the urges, they can sometimes be overwhelming. As long as you aren't abusing yourself, I say enjoy!

It depends what you believe in, if your 23, its not wrong, its your choice, but if the urges come, satisfy them.
