I cant give you an exact answer, but i can tell you that its not a lot. most places, ie starbucks, make their iced coffees, which they call lattes, with espresso shots and milk, and espresso shots have WAY WAY more caffeine. I know for a fact mcdonalds just uses regular coffee and milk with flavoring, so you're just getting the caffeine from whatever amount of regular coffee they added in.

They use a lot of milk, but it's also larger than an 8 oz. cup of coffee. With the milk and the ice, I would say it's equal to a regular cup of coffee.

Yes, it is basically the same coffee, just iced. As for the calories, don't get the syrup in it (hazelnut/ french vanilla) and use a non-sugar sweetener!

When Mc Ds makes their ice coffee the double the amount of grounds, but they put in 1/2 cream so it would basically be the same amount of caffeine. But more sugar.

yes, they use the same coffee, the only way it may be considered less would be that if you had it in the same size cups they fill the cup with ice which would mean that there is more water essentially but it wouldn't be enough of a difference either way!

Yes and more because it is longer brewed coffee and usually everyone gets the cream topping with extra sugar :) enjoy. Like a Red Bull... consume responsibly.
