1st, its great that you are going back. 2nd don't worry, God is going to welcome you back with open arms. Don't worry about anyone else. God sees your heart and is overjoyed with your return. Don't worry about not being babtized either. You don't need to be babtized to be saved. That is an outward expression of an inward change. Just go with an open heart and a willing spirit and let God minister to you.

If its a Bible based church, you'll be surrounded by people who love Jesus so you'll be quite safe.
Of course you probably won't be the only visitor there.
Don't worry about not being baptized, no one will know unless you tell them and lots of them haven't been either. It is highly unlikely the issue will come up, unless they are baptizing others that day.
Baptism does NOT make a person into a Christian anyway.
Because its a non denominational church they won't have any reason to preach some denominational line. Hopefully they will teach and preach directly from the Bible.
Every one there was a visitor to that church, at least once.
They all lived through it to attend again.

PS: I'd love to hear how things went.

Read Romans 8:1.
There is no condemnation to you for walking right and after the Truth of God's Word. You should have no fear because fear is not of God. This is the devils tool to keep you from trying God. Pray and ask God to give you boldness.
Jesus said in Matthew that He didn't come for the righteous or the well but for the unrighteous (those that are sick with sin and sick of sin). Look at the Church as a Spiritual Hospital and you'll be fine! Anyone that enters need help. God bless you, is my prayer.

First, feel very welcome and leave nerves at the door. Bible-based is good. Don't worry about baptism till you're good and ready at the right church. (I had to shop around a bit). All you need to know is your good feelings about God, and the rest will take care of itself. If you feel pressured, try a different church. One church I attended kept putting me in the grown-ups sunday school when I wanted the youth group. Decide for yourself and have fun.

Just go and enjoy yourself! You don't have to be baptised to just go to church.
If you're not already meeting your acquaintances there, then be sure to tell the greeters that you are a visitor - because they might have some information they can give you.
Don't be afraid to ask questions!
It's always a little nerve-wracking to do something new and unknown. Don't worry! This is so exciting that you are taking that first step on your journey of faith! I hope you are blessed by your experience at the church this weekend.

Don't worry about not having been baptized. I really doubt anyone will mention that. As to being nervous I know how that can be. If it is a good church the nervousness will be short lived. They will make you feel welcome and everyone will be shaking your hand and wanting to get to know you. You can always pray and ask God to help may you feel at home and to decrease the nervousness.

Just stick close to the people you know, and I'm sure they'll introduce you to others who will be just as nice. You don't have to speak - if all you want to do is listen, then listen. I know it's been awhile since you've gone to church, but the important thing is that you're going. There's nothing to be afraid of.

Relax, just do it, when ya wanna come...sorry, just had to do a Duran Duran reference... e_e Anyway, just relax, and don't worry about what people think about you. If they don't like you, tell them to kiss your a55 (after the service of course.) You're not there to make people like you, you're there to read a book, sing a few songs, and, depending, get a little wafer and drink either wine or grape juice. Hope this helps! ^_^
