Olive oil has fat, but it is by far the healthiest salad dressing. THere is nothign wrong with it,.

you can never go wrong with olive oil, IMO it's the best source of unsaturated fats. real mayo depending on the manufacturer can be all natural (contains no man-made chemicals,etc.), most low fat salad dressing are not all natural. the majority of the fat in real mayo is unsaturated. the masses believe that real mayo is bad for the health but most have no comprehension of what foods are truly healthy and which ones are not.
most low fat dressings have added sugar in the form of HFCS which is much worst than any form of unsaturated fat.

Nigela Lawson uses raw egg white - high protein no fat. Doesn't have much taste either so maybe whipping some balsamic or wine vinegar into it would work. Plain Yoghurt also works - with some seasoning or chopped herbs.

I mix one can of tomatoe sauce with 2-3 packs of equal, and it makes a great sweet dressing for my salad. It has around 110 calories per can, but you only use around 1/6 of a can per serving of salad.

Lo fat wish bone brand salad dressings are really tasty and so much better than regular dressing.

im not sure how to spell it but i love raspberry vinigurette...and i dont even like vinigure like salad dressng but as soon as i tried this it became my new fav dressing

try wishbone's fat free italian dressing, you will never want another. it tastes SO GOOD and has no calories. none. no fat. at all. but it tastes BETTER than most regular dressings.
