I already have a six pack, but I want them to stick out more.
What are some good abdominal exersises?

You need to cut more. Doing crunches all day may make your abbs strong, but it won't make them look the way you want them to. Weight loss will help make you look really cut and defined.

a french decline board is the best, work your way up to 3x30 and then start holding plates. make sure you touch your back and go all the way up, controll the whole thing, don't just fall back and then pick yourself up 2s down 2s up. don't be one of those deuche bags at the gym that hikes up the incline all the way with bricks or plates under the board and then only goes half way down. Try throwing some twists in there to to build obliques.

The french board is the one you put your legs in the top of, when you lay on it your knees should be the highest point and your head the lowest... just fyi
