Hematocrit = the percentage of the blood that is made up of red cells. For women, this is usually 35-45%.

MCV = mean corpuscular volume; the averge size of your red blood cells.

MCH = mean corpuscular hemoglobin; this is how much hemoglobin is in each red blood cell.

Lymph = the cells that are your body's immune defense. There are T-Cells, B-Cells, and Natural Killer cells.

Eos = I believe this means eosinophils. These are a type of white blood cells. Low eosinophils may mean infection.

Were your platelets normal? Do you bleed and bruise easily? Did your lab result

Only your physician can interpret your lab readings. To me, although I'm not a physician, these indicate some type of anemia. There are many different kinds of and causes of anemia. This site may help: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/anemia/DS00321/DSECTION=3 You can enter 'anemia' in the search box at this website for more information. This is an excellent health resource site.

Please don't panic. Call your physician for a followup appointment. If only one of your lab results were low, you wouldn't have cause to worry, but the combination of low results, as well as your signs/symptoms, simply means that you have a condition that needs to be treated.

HCT is roughly the % of cells that you have in your blood. MCV and MCH are values that are calculated by the machine and represent the volume and hemoglobin content of individual red blood cells. Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cells. Your lab results show that you have a condition called anaemia. Your symptoms can be caused by it. In short, your blood cannot deliver enough oxygen to your body parts.
These results do not show in any way that you have cancer.
Your condition can be caused either by a loss of blood, which can be in a way that you cannot detect it by simple observation or by some mistake in assembling the complete and functional red blood cell. If you are taking iron preparations, you must take them several months before the results show.
These results show that you have a problem, but they do not show what the problem is. You must contact your doctor, or better yet a specialist called a haemathologist and have the cause determined and then, and only then, the right treatment can be administered. These test are safe and painless, so do not hesitate to see a doctor.

1] the test results mean you are anemic [ not enough red blood cells ].
2] the lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell - they increase when you have an infection. Having a low lymphocyte count, by itself, does NOT mean you have cancer.
The symptoms you describe all correlate with anemia.
When do you go back to the doc? What furthur tests has he/she ordered?
The doctor will look for reasons for the low blood count, so that it can be treated properly.

Don't freak out -
You are anemic, as everyone is saying, but it's not a death sentence.
Your MCV is low, meaning it's not an acute (sudden) loss - very common in young menstruating women - usually iron deficiency anemia - which is why you are on the iron.
Definitely go back to your doc, probably will increase your iron or refer you to someone else.
