That's normal it happens, but after they get spayed theres no way she can get pregnant again. Shes probably gaining her baby fat. Make sure she gets exercise and you play with her, with a ball, string, cat toys, ect. If it really bothers you, call your vet and let them know whats going on just in case theres like scar tissue build up or something. Just to be on the safe side with things. Good luck! Hope this helps!

A lot of times, when people get their animals spayed/neutered, they continue to feed them like they needed to eat for more than just themselves! Is that what you've done? You need to put her on a food that's for "healthy weight", and cut her back a little at a time, so she loses the extra weight gradually. She's probably ok, just eating too much and not getting enough exercise!! Play with her.....with wadded up paper, a fly-swatter (my cats LOVE to chase the fly-swatter back and forth, when I wave it over the floor). Most anything that you can get her to play with (with YOU), will be ok.....except string or rubber bands. Those are big NO NO's!! Good luck with yur baby!

Usually, after an animal is spayed/neutered, they will gain a little weight. I suggest putting her on a healthy diet. For more guidlines, ask your vet. S/He will be able to give you a regime to following for feeding her, as the vet will be able to take height/current weight/ all of the specifics of your particular cat, into consideration. Best of Luck.

No she cannot get prenant as when she was spayed they removed her uterus. She is probably getting fat because she has been spayed. My cat did the same thing -- she used to like to prowl and now she stays home and indoors and just looks out the windows.

Unfortunately, It's a side effect of the spaying. Spayed and neutered cats tend to be on the heavy side.

She can't get pregnant again- she is just getting a bit chubby. This happens sometimes with cats. You just need to make sure she isnt over eating and getting proper exercise.

spayed animals usually gain weight. It's not alarming unless it is too much weight. Generally they develop a paunch under their bellys
