Twist on Watergate Salad?

We love watergate salad... its so yummy. When I found a recipe for the watergate cake, I was so excited - that was really good too.

I was thinking about making some watergate salad but adding jello chunks to it - kindof a watergate-jello-salad.

My question is, what flavor of Jello should I use? I don't want anything to overpower the pineapple flavor.

I'd try something like raspberry or cherry, since you need to also compliment the pistachio pudding flavor as well. You could also try lemon, which would be pretty.

I'd go with lime, it's hard to overpower pineapple.
