i really want to lose weight and be healthy but i don't know where to start

Eating:
Eat 1300-1500 calories per day.
Eat many different colors of fruits and veggies.
Eat 100% whole grains.
Eat lean meats and skim milk, low-fat yogurts and cheeses.
Drink 8-12 glasses of water per day.
Cut out sodas, sweet teas, and Starbucks.

Cardio:
Start by walking 5 minutes, then jog until you feel like you NEED to walk. Walk until you feel like you could start jogging again, jog, walk, jog, walk. Do this for 20 minutes this week, 25 next week, etc. Work up to jogging 45 minutes without walking rest.

Weights:
Start out with body resistance exercises like lunges, squats, push ups, crunches, etc. and a few low-weight arm curls, tricep extension and yoga-ball crunches.

First off just go to your school gym and ask your gym teacher or I will give you tips. You have to do cardio which is running 2nd you have to lift weights light ones. I say about 10 pounds then you have to eat right don't eat fatty foods no more drink water now =]
