plan to only eat garden vegetables, and whole wheat grains. NO fats, meats, oils other than olive, white rice/pasta, unnecessarily calorie-ridden fruit.
As for exercise, I will do 35 minutes of jogging every day. Each time I will push myself a bit harder.
About how much weight may I lose by around February?
