plan to only eat garden vegetables, and whole wheat grains. NO fats, meats, oils other than olive, white rice/pasta, unnecessarily calorie-ridden fruit.

As for exercise, I will do 35 minutes of jogging every day. Each time I will push myself a bit harder.

About how much weight may I lose by around February?

First off, your body requires protein, and it requires more if you're active. Also, protein helps you feel full and keeps your metabolism revving.

35 minutes of jogging is a start, but you should try to add a few minutes each week until you're doing an hour. Also, some strength training will help transform your body and increase your lean mass (which requires protein).

Finally, extreme dieting is not the answer. Aim to cut out 500 calories a day, and with your exercise, you should be able to lose about 2 lbs a week.

well if you dont eat pasta and do all the other stuff you listed you could lose a lot but better question is how mutch do you weight and what is your height right now so i could give you fair estimate as to your weight loss. but anywhere from 20 to 30lb unless your weight is mutch larger comparing to your height so maybe ever 50 to 60lb.

if you ate at least 1500 calories of that stuff a day and stuck to your workout you could loose up to 25 healthy lbs by that time. But I doubt you can do that much cardio or stick to that diet
