Go figure that one out. Before anyone says anything i am not a supporter of Castro or his Government. However it's real hypocritical for the American Government to have such a hatred against Castro's regime but yet had no problem supporting the previous Cuban Government that was corrupted & brutal to it's people. Just my 2 cents.

Batistas govt was brutal , but not as much as Castros. Thats what most cuban refugees would tell you.America was an ally of batista simply becouse he served the American interest (sugar cane fields) in Cuba. The U.S dosent like Cubas Castro simply becouse hes Communist and that s against American ideals , as hypocritical as it sounds it all politics, and thats just the way it is.

That's funny, maybe you should retake history 101.
The reason that the US has ostracized Castro for all these years is because the US SUPPORTED HIM in their revolt against Batista, and when he turned communist afterwords (taking the US to the cleaners for several Billion) several here were a bit p*ssed off to say the least.

Castro is a follower of the Communist ideology, if you research American history you will discover that America follows the capitalist dream.
Communist = Bad
Capitalist = Good.Me? I am middle of the road :-P
