If a person is born deaf, then what are there dreams like? Do they just have "silent dreams"? Same goes for people who are blind from birth. What are their dreams like since they really dont know what anything looks like.

Dreams are basically projection at night. Being deaf or being blind are the same as those who dream at night. In other words, the way you visual things in the day time will be the way the visualize things at night time.
For example, a person never knows what a flower looks like, and at night a flower will be what his knowledge and/or feel about what it is at day time.
Same as Deaf person, they won't hear anything at night the way they won't hear people say anything in day time.

You know what I have talked to blind people before and other people who have disabilities. And some blind people say they can see colors and everything else in their dreams and they even can describe some of their family members faces. For example, I know a guy who has been in a wheel chair all of his life. But in his dreams he can walk or fly. But dream come from a person's spirit, while others call it a subconscious. Your spirit it the true life of you and is not bound by limited physical limitations. Even though your eyes or ears don't work your spirit can still interpret everday interactions in a dream language which just like anyone else's.

I'm not sure about deaf people, but no, blind people can't see anything in dreams, they have NEVER had any visual experiences so they can't conjure up an image, if they don't know what an image looks like!!!
I'm going to be wondering about that deaf thing now...

if some one is born deaf then they can't hear, BECAUSE THERE MIND NEVER HERD IT BEFORE.
