i am looking for a good show to get into do you know any shows that are abc nbc ect.? i don't have cable by the way

But not having cable doesn't mean you can't use your computer to find some shows worth watching.
Do you use yahoo for more things than just yahoo answers? Go over to my yahoo homepage, fill up the television listing with all the channels you do have and then scan thru and look for any shows you might try.
Try saturday mid-morning about 10-1pm. sometimes the abc stations replay Disney channel shows for audiences on saturdays.
I don't know how "teen" you are talking but have you tried gossip girl? The book was teen fiction and now it's a television show. A lot of catty spoiled girls in Manhattan and what happens to their families and friendships....It's more than superficial girls talking to each other. This is a WB program usually Wednesdays, but I think it plays Saturdays or Sundays sometimes too.

I definitely recommend Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill. They are both on the CW.

No cable OMG!!! I'm a teen guy I watch H.O.U.S.E on Fox HD so I figure it would come on Fox in standar def. too.

search tv links in google... its the first one.. then click on shows... and it has over like 88 shows u can watch .right after they come on tv...
