I have cellulite on my buttocks and thighs and i'm extremly insecure and will do anything to make it go away..Im currently trying the Nivea patches with the gel...Please give me some tips or personal experiences with havign cellulite so I can help my problem....Its driving me crazy and isolating me from who I want to be. ANY GOOD EXERCISES I COULD BE DOING???

Unfortunately dieting or cellulite exercise alone will not influence your cellulite, and anyone with any body type can have it.

However, cellulite does get worse with age if left untreated.

These numbers vary on a person's size and daily activity but on the average men burn 2200 calories a day and women burn 1700 calories a day. That means that you need to keep the calories below those marks or you will gain weight. If you are able to lose 3500 calories in a seven day period then that will lose you one pound of fat. cellulite forms when you have poor muscle tone....the best exercise known for thighs and buttocks is walking, the more the better.

leave the patches and creams alone first of all.

exercises... running, stairs (any cardio) PLUS resistance training:
lunges, squats, deadlifts, step ups - all when done right will help
