Two places I would look...
1. In the soup aisle
2. In the aisle with the ramen noodles (usually it's next to the soup aisle)

Also, look on the higher shelves - most stores have it on the top shelf.

Soup Aisle

I assume you meant "dried onion soup pack"? If so , it's with soup.

If, however, you meant a packet of seasoning (like they make gravy mixes, beef stew seasoning, meat marinate, etc), then it would be in the seasoning aisle, with the other seasonings in envelopes. I don't think Lipton makes those, though.

Dried soup mixes are usually stocked in the same aisle as canned soups, usually on the upper shelf.

It is always in the soup aisle along with the other dry soup mixes.

the soup aisle next to the bouillon. usually aisle 4.

and sometimes it's in the potato chip aisle as well. But usually in the soup/bullion section too.
