A guy just asked the same question about his PS3 and BlueRay disks.

Have you calibrated the display with the XBox using a setup disk like Avia or Video Essentials? Many times the TV's are set to "torch" mode with sharpness and contrast set to 100%. This helps get attention if the TV becomes a display unit, but the over-saturated screen can show grain and loose details.

Turn down the brightness and contrast a bit. Try and freeze a frame where you see grain and adjust things until the grain just disappears. Then get a setup DVD and go through the tutorials.

first off, plasmas are not recommended for video games. this grainy inmage may be the start of a burn in. LCD's are better for video games but plasmas are better for nomal tv and hdtv.

have you been to the settings and set the output to 1080i or 1080p depending on what your set is capable of?
