How come some people can wiggle their eyes?

Some people (me included) can wiggle their eyes. Anybody know what this is called/ why some people can do it?

Are you talking about shaking them really fast from side to side. I can do that. I also know that my retinas suffered greatly from doing it. I am 35 and I have already had to have a retinal tear fixed in one eye. If you don't believe me, ask your eye doctor about it.

one of my managers used to do it and pretend like he didnt know he was doin it. its creepy lol. but cool... idk what its called.
