Of course! But it should be an all natural peanut butter without all the additives and sugar they add in most brands. Always read the labels. Peanuts in general are an excellent source of protein and unsaturated fats.
And of course, you should just go moderate with it. A sliced apple topped with a tablespoon of peanut butter is a delicious and healthy snack.

Of course! Peanut butter is rich in protein. Just buy 100% natural peanut butter that isn't filled with sugar and hydrogenated oils and you're good to go! If you don't like the taste of the natural kind, just swirl it around with a little bit of honey. Your body will be happy!

Peanutbutter i\has a very high fat content which is obviously self explanitory in terms of knowing how much your diet will allow. (and only you can be the judge of that, since it depends on how YOU as an individual can metabolize different aspects of foods) So, yes... I would say that it is "OK" to eat it, but you should probly not eat it too many times a week. as it does contain a high fat content. (its called peanutg BUTTER for a reason... I try to watch my weight (and am not fat at all) but I manage to keep a lean phisique and am able to eat a peanutbutter sandwich maybe once a week... (it is also very good and high in nutients, and has alot of good protien..) One thing you can do is toast a slice of bread with peanutbutter on it ( i like to think that this kind of burns away some of the fat :) all tho i do not know this for a fact...) however it tastes even better than a regular peanutbutter sandwich all warm and melted............mmmmmmmmmm
hope i helped!

Absolutely, peanut butter is a diabetics best friend because it's low in carbohydrates and high in protein. It has some fat but that is offset by the protein. It has more good in it than bad. I'm going to go make a PB sandwich right now.

Yes, you can put a teaspoon of peanut butter onto two diet crackers, teaspoon each. Peanut butter has a lot of protein. Oprah is on the LIFE diet and she has a little peanut butter every afternoon. I know Oprah isn't a great example but........

Sparingly, peanut butter has a lot of fat content especially comercial brand
* JIFS, Peter Pan = Commercial Brand
I'd say about 4 times a week for peanut butter
Also, the organic brand supposedly has less fat.

Yes. Anything can be eaten in moderation.

I once knew a family that ate a spoon of peanut butter after dinner every night. They were healthy and fit. The mother died at 101 and last time I heard from them they were al still in excellent health. They didn't wolf it down, though. It was consumed in moderation.
