I have a jar of peach salsa and another jar of mango peach salsa and I have no idea what to do with them.
I just can't throw out food.

Oh it is so good with fish tacos. I usually make mine fresh though it is also good with chicken tacos or just for dipping with chips. You will have to let us know what you think of it after you try it. It does take some getting use to it has a little sweet with the spice my husband is not fond of it but I love it with nice crispy fried fish tacos!

I would saute some boneless chicken breasts and use the salsa on top as a sauce - that would be very good. Make some rice and a vegetable and it would be a quick, easy dinner.
You could probably do something similar with a mild fish or pork chops too.

those types of salsas are actually really great served over top of fish and rice...so you can do a simple brown rice, then lay a filet ( I suggest Tilapia or mahi-mahi) and then throw some of the salsa on top and you have a delicious and healthy meal. You can also try to sweeter fruit salsas with plain, or cinnamon pit chips!

Fry up some pork chops and try some on them.I love any fruit salsa...Try it you will like it...

Pour it over cream cheese, then eat it with either tortilla chips or ritz crackers. It should be delicious.
