Bad gauge infection please help!!?

I put in size zeros a few days ago. And now they are infected. They are draining pus and crusty around the earring hole. I took them out and they started bleeding really bad. The sting now. I put salt and water on them and hydrogen peroxide. So what should I do to get rid of it quickly? PLease help! Thanks.

Keep them clean with antibacterial soap water and then peroxide. It's just like any other infected sore that takes a while to heal.

but ear medicine at cleres it work swear!
