It really could be any number of things. The first thing I would do is rule out lack of food or water. make sure you drink enough before a workout and try eating something with complex carbs beforehand. If it persists, we have to look deeper.
Do you hold you body funny while riding? Is there an undue amount of stress being felt through your neck or upper shoulder area? Sometimes rider complain of headaches due to strain in these muscles. Some stretching or repositioning may help that. Do other forms of cardie lead to the same feelings?
If that still does not help, I would go see a doctor. You could have a glucose or electrolyte issue in your blood. Not likely, but possible.

From your previous question, are you riding it on the "hardest setting" ? That could be part of it. Others have the good advice of hydration I would like to add "pace". You don't need the exercise bike on the hardest setting at all. Find one that you are comfortable with that allows you to pedal at 90 rpm. The pounds will come off with regular use and proper dieting. Just because you are exercising -- you can't eat like a horse.

Could be that your workout is too much for you.
Start on light workout first and gradually increase intensity over time.
Monitor your cadence and pulse rate. I suggest a cadence of 90rpm and a pulse rate of not more than 180bpm.

Maybe because you have a medical condition unbeknownst to you. Try talking to a physician before engaging in anymore laboring physical activities. You may be a danger to yourself... and others, depending on where you ride.
Good luck!

when you are doing any heart raising excercise you are bringing an extra supply of oxygen to the brain, thus getting light headed.
the more excercise you do over time the more you will get use to the oxygen supply.
keep riding
