That should be "you're" (not your) and many don't so be careful about making generalizations because they are rarely true.
Those that do just leave/disappear are cowards who don't want to deal with confrontation or being uncomfortable telling the other person it's over. People like that have no business getting involved in relationships.
If you can't end it properly, don't start it.

First - the boy is so not my type I don't want to have anything in common with him. Second - he's cheating. No use to talk. It has sense to talk when you want to change him, save the relationship. but the relationship is not serious if the girl just leaves, I suppose. Or may be you don't hear her? did she complain about something or quarrel with you? if not, it doesn't look like she was serious about you. Next time, be more attentive to your partner, try to understand how's she feeling about you. anyway - what do you need the explanation for? if she said a lot of bad things about you before leaving you'd feel no better. go on living. find your true love

I don't do this and I am in a healty relationship. This does not sound like a good ongoing relationship if you just leave and not say anything at all. You should evaluate this and possibly communicate with him because there is definately an issue.

I have only done this once, and it was because we were only dating and not serious whatsoever. It was a mutual thing, just no major sparks, just convenience. I know, this makes me sound like a s***, but I'm not. How serious have your relationships been with these girls? My only guess would be these girls were just in it for a good time. Sorry, but you will find the right one. These just weren't it.

Ha. I do this all the time. It's when I'm frustrated and instead of yelling at my significant other because I'm angry at the moment, I leave to cool down. Then I'll return and tell him that I'm upset and it's because of this and that.

that usually means that the guy did absolutely nothing wrong...its just that something better came along and she knew that she had no legitimate reason to be breaking up with u...a gulity conscious made her just bounce and leave u hanging...(some of us tend to think the grass is greener on the other side) mark my words.....she will be back when it doesnt work out as if nothing ever happened....watch and see.........

umm i wouldnt do that to someone. when ending a relationship, i do it as nicely as i could and be extremely polite and aware of his feelings. i would never not give him an explanation. someone who leaves without giving you a reason is a coward and immature.

either afraid of hurting you more with the real reason, or just don't feel comfortable talking about it. i broke up w/ my bf w/o telling him why because he said some things about me to his friends and i found out and i was just so mad, so i didn't think he deserved any more of my pain. so i just didn't tell him why i left and i kinda feel bad...but whatever its in the past
