If you dont pay it yes. Not only in the state that you are licensed in but the 49 others as well. Ask my cousin, she was in Ohio, got a speeding ticket, didnt pay it and a few months later she got a letter from the state saying her license was suspended in PA , as well as OH and that she would not be eligible for a license in another state until that fine was paid. Usually for an accident though the cop writes up a report and explains who is at fault.
