in romans 3:23-25, the bible mentions that we have all fallen short of the glory of god because we are all sinners. and because of that good deeds alone will not get a person into heaven. in other words it doesn't matter how good of a life you lived, you're no better than a person who has lived the most sinful life in the eyes of god. given this, isn't it also fair to say that no man is any smarter than any other man on the planet, when compared to the knowledge god posesses? and to go one step further, are we any smarter than monkeys when compared to all that god knows? i don't care what the bible says, i'm smarter than a chimp, and i'm better than a serial killing, drug dealing, rapist. if you can't see that, you really are blind.

That's not what it means at all. People only read partial scriptures then take it out of context. That passage is saying that basically no one is perfect. We won't be perfect until Christ comes back and we go to Heaven. Down here no one is better than anyone else. We may live a different lifestyle, or a better lifestyle due to better choices but in God's eyes, you are no more important than I am. I am no more important than my boss is. Your right it says we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God because of our imperfections. But we have an advocate with the Father in Heaven that makes intercession for our sins daily. We're not expected to live a perfect life because Christ knew we wouldn't be perfect that's why He gave us Jesus as an advocate on our behalf. It's not saying you are a sinner and can't ever be forgiven or saved. It's saying God loves us all no matter what. And we do have that advocate on our behalf, IF we choose to live for Christ and accept the sacrafice Jesus made for us.

we are smarter than animals ..we aren't no better then the serial killers drug dealers rapist etc we just made better decisions with our lives.we are all sinners in Gods eyes all sin is equal there is not any sin greater than the other , other than blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. so yes in Gods eyes we are all the same . Good deed cant save us only the grace of Jesus Christ can save us but once we are saved we want to do good deeds for people so the can see Jesus in us and want what we have,,

The power of believing can be taken too far. A lot of things can result from believing strongly in something. The placebo affect is very strong as science realyzes. Miracles sometimes happen, as a result of strong belief. But you can not expect a weak and immoral person, to get much from their power of believing. Also even if you combine both strong moral character and belief, somethings are still not possible, due to the laws of reality and nature. Any strong moral character, who has done good in this world, will be treated fairly by a good and moral God. Beliefs are limited in what they can do for you.

You are taking what the scripture means, out of context. What this scripture is saying is that you do not get into heaven by being kind and doing good deeds if you do not believe in Jesus. It is saying that the only way to get into heaven is to believe that Jesus died for the sins of the world and to ask him into your life and heart for this alone will get you eternal life. This is what this scripture refers to.

That all have sinned is true, that all sins are equal is not. All will be judged according to their works. So of course, who you are and what you do matters in Gods eyes.

Revelations 20
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

well this could be a couple of possibilities to me. the bible was made by a canon, so this board of people got together and went through a lot of arguing to finally agree what is in the bible. everything in the bible isn't probably God's word, as some people just through in their thoughts. just like the undisputed and disputed letters of paul.. if i was you i would look at what Jesus Said and Moses and his commandments. the way to heaven is through Him, so going Good deeds is a branch of meaning when Jesus says through Him.

Wow you have a thing for monkies and noone is calling you dumb but you cannot go to heaven because of your deeds. You must be Born again (accept Jesus as you Lord and Savior) there is no other way to get to heaven.

Salvation is a gift to experience heaven in us and in our relationships. Moses did not understand this.
