i use to wear mine when i drove but if im riding with someone i rarly put it on. i seriouly think they should make wearing a seat belt and option not the law. some ppl have been killed becouse they wore their seat belt. so if i ever get pulled over i will tell the cop that they cant control seatbelt wearing no matter how hard they try. just another way for cops to get money i think

75% do.
25% of those don't

You obviously have never been in an accident. I don't start my car and leave my driveway without clicking my seatbelt. It takes only a few seconds to do so.

I always wear mine. If you're caught not wearing it by a police officer and are given a ticket for it, your insurance rates will go through the roof just like if you were to get a speeding ticket.
