What could this be?

Ok its been a wile that i've haved unexplained fevers, frequent infections, easy brusing ( this only started happening when i started getting fevers ) Fatigue, Pain in bones and joints, i lost lots of wieght, im way paler than befor im just wondering what this might be

Lyme Disease (this one especially) come to mind as a couple of possibility. Other kinds of autoimmune disorders like Lupus can sometimes cause these symptoms as well. The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
