I'd say your parents could cause a problem for him. Besides a guy older than you already has it figured out exactly how he going to handle you. How much he will spend to get you in the sack and what he will do to unload you and your immaturity so he can get to his stuff yet still be able to hit it again. Yes he will end up treating you like a daddy after the big event (sex). And no you will never be seen as his social or intellectual equal, just his lucky quicky. So I'm assuming you have little ego here and are easily impressed, and easily everything!

Have sex with? Depends on the laws of the state she lives in. In most states, the age of consent is 16. Some lower. Some higher. If the age of consent is 18 where she lives, then the older man can be arrested, tried, and sent to prison for Statutory Rape.

In Texas you are considered an adult at 17..... how old is the man? besides 17 is only a year away from 18 so you wouldnt have to wait much longer

depends where you live and if your over the age of concent, but you also have to watch because even if your over the age of concent there may only be aloud a 4 year different in age aloud (that may vary depending on the state)
