All good here. I've used it for about two years on XP and now currently on Vista, never a problem whatsoever. :)
I sure like that I can clean out temporary files and cookies from both IE and FF all at once. There's a neat feature of deleting certain tracking cookies and keeping trusted ones like Yahoo etc. I also like that I can control and keep an eye on the startup programs. I'm quite pleased that the software programmers have thought of almost everything for this one package.

Ccleaner perfectly safe to use XP and Vista, use default settings.Only thing i would advise to change is ,go to options -settings set to secure delete 3 passes'.Don't check any advanced settings unnecessary.Registry scan and fix ,safe to use, never caused any problems.

Works with vista, never had a problem with it, but if you don't know what you're doing with the registry cleaner section, don't do the reg. cleaner, just the file clean.
