The weapon is an anti aircraft missile. In the video it just shot down a drone and that is what is exploding and hitting the ground.
I do not know the name of this particular one. (like a stinger)

That video shows a variety of missile and rocket systems. There are surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), multiple rocket launcher systems (MRLS) and ballistic missiles (IRBM/ICBM)
I noticed a SA-8 "Gecko" SAM launcher and a BM-21 MRLS, but I am not sure of many of the ballistic missile systems. All appear to be Russian, as the video title implies.

It is an MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket System) that is being employed by the Field Artillery.

DAM nice song and vid. but when they launch it for the 1rst 3 sec. its in the air without rokets...but after the 3 sec. rokets boost it... so wat if the air pushed it upside down and it hit the AA??? and when i shot it i wuz all like whoaaaa that wuz awsommmmeee...and then i wuz all like MISSION ACCOMPLISHED when i it went in the air and shot something called airforce 1 (wateever that is ...) and the weapons a mp5.. its used 2 make people and contries HAPPY!!
