I can't find much information on the website. It says you get £180 free credit...on a contract mobile (equivalent to £10 per month). Does that mean that your line rental is £10 cheaper per month or you get an extra £10 to spend per month. Is is £10 per month or £180 over your contract length?

Usually you have to claim these sorts of discounts part each month, typically as some sort of 'cash back' on your last bill ..

Most people never get around to making the claim - and of those that do, a lot are disallowed because you usually have only a week or so from the billing date to get your claim in ...

1) The Line Rental 'headline' figure is well over the odds compared to other phones and
2) You will pay through the nose for the rest of the Contract period after the 'free credit' offer expires ..

Shop around for the best deal over whatever contract period you are happy with and make sure you factor in any 'special offers' for what they are really worth .. (free for six months followed by double the rental for a year is MORE expensive than a flat rate rental for 18 months) .. and if you can't work out how the 'special offer' operates you can be reasonably sure you will never be able to make use of it ...
