i was 17 and i got a ticketdriving with out a license am i still able to get a license now that i am over 18?

No.

If you had a ticket that you did not pay.... the state would have issued you a ID number and under that number suspended any driving privilege you would have had to drive.... even with out a license.

Until you clear it up and pay reinstatement fees, you can not get a license.

And as a note to the guy above..... Tickets do not expire... especially those that went unpaid! Only points against your license can expire after a time frame of 1 to 3 years. The violation is always on your DMV Driving Record.

If you paid the ticket, as long as that ticket stay unpaid they will refuse to give you a drivers license. You need to check with your state laws because some tickets after certain among of time they expire.

Unpaid citation, I don't think you'll be able to get a license until that is resolved.

No, and you may find that you have a bench warrant for your arrest for not paying the ticket. Bench warrants are not "hotly pursued", just used when you get stopped or have other legal problems.
