LOL I just had an argument with my live-in boyfriend the other day about this same issue. I wonder the same day thing and its annoying. I guess it takes to much brainpower to change the roll after its empty. I feel you girlfriend ha ha

This has nothing to do with male or female roles.
A man will change the toilet paper roll when the toilet paper roll is empty. If it's not empty when he is using the toilet paper roll, then he will not change it. If he uses the last of it, and it was enough for him to get by on, then he will not get a new roll - he will leave that up to the next person who uses the toilet and needs paper.

Way to generalize.
My fiance and I both equally change the toilet paper roll.

My husband says men shouldn't have to do it because they use a lot less toilet paper than women do. I suppose this is true, but it's not like it's our fault that we use more! What makes me even more upset than him refusing to put on a new roll is that he'll leave one square on the cardboard tube. He says the person who uses the last of the t.p. has to change the roll, and since there's one square left, he didn't use the last of it. UGH!!!

We don't do it, because women always cry unnecessarily, ***** and moan about men, burn toast, and spend all their money shopping.
How's that for a blanket statement? How does that make you feel? Not very good, right? So how do you think we feel about blanket statements like that? Might want to rephrase your question next time, adding a qualifier like "most" or "in my personal experience".
Now you'll excuse me while I go take a nasty dump, leave the toilet seat up, use the last of the toilet paper, ignore my wife, throw dirty laundry on the floor, drive my jeep to visit my girlfriend and cheat on my wife, then go start a war with my buddies while my wife cleans up after me.
Have a great day.

ArchAngel is right. they are treating you like 'the little lady' who they think of is in charge for all of the domicile initiatives. Remind them that that may no longer the Nineteen Fifties and you're actually not June Cleaver. sparkling in basic terms the bathing room you utilize and wash in basic terms the dishes you utilize. save your cleansing soap, bathroom paper, etc locked up different than once you're utilising them. in case you may padlock the shelves your nutrition is in, if no longer get a heavy accountability container and lock up your nutrition in that, save minimum stuff in the refrigerator. If ArchAngel's theory does not paintings alongside with my recommendations then you definitely will might desire to settle on whether the placement is very well worth the complication you're going .

Simply put...men tend to think that the females are responisble for certain things in the house. Its the typical double standard issue. They dont really every use the toilet paper and females use it all of the time so they could care less.
