Politics, no, but then I don't take politics seriously seeing as it's all a lot of lies and nonsense.
Sports, yeah. Most women I know are sporty, some I can have a great football (soccer) discussions with, others tennis, one has been teaching me a little about baseball.

Not as serious as a guy- depends on the political issue and the sport. I cannot stand the sportscaster women on the sidelines of a football game it drives me nuts- I know it shouldnt but it does

Guys love it when their girlfriends talk knowledgeably about sports & politics...if they are also into those subjuects....It shows passion. If a guy doesn't...he probably has bad ideas or feelings about women in general and should be avoided!!!

Most certainly do. Some of the best conversations I've had regarding both the above mentioned have been with females.
