Depends on you definition of meditate.
Does taking a really long hot bath and blanking out staring at a spot on a tile for an hour count? If so, almost nightly.

I practice Nichiren Buddhism.

Ideally I meditate morning and night. Most days, admittedly are not ideal.

If I am experiencing difficulties in my life or if others I care about are experiencing difficulty I may meditate more. Some days I might even enter in and out of meditation all day long depending on the circumstances and what I seek.

Sometimes I do formal meditation where I sit at my altar with prayer beads and chant a mantra to keep me focused and deep in meditation. Sometimes I just chant my mantra while going about my daily routine. It all depends.

To relax and be rested, I do the Buddhist meditation on in-out breathing. It's not spiritual. 10-15 minutes, anytime I feel like it. Before going to sleep, I make it a point to do the meditative prayer of making contact with God. Sometimes I ask for something. Sometimes I just bask in His glory.

I don't know which form or if this is even meditation...

I sit with a hot cup of a relaxing tea with my legs crossed, the TV off, and think about a single problem, or a single event that I need to reflect on or solve and usually a method comes to me.

Life has become a meditation. I was actively engaged in contemplation for about 15 years total - which is a deeper use of meditative techniques, but purposeful.

I haven't been in regular practice for a while. At one point, I was in my Asana for upwards of 12 hours a day. But that kind of leisure time is hard to come by.

I've practiced the Buddhist and Hindu meditation techniques. Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara. I've obtained the "trances" called Dharana and Dhyana.

I just did a pilates class following which we had to lie on the floor and relax. I was reasonably relaxed for at least 5 minutes but then my mind turned to something a little naughty and I nearly got an erection. Fortunately I was able to concentrate on my feet instead. Does that count?

The sabbath day is a good time when you can staf off your earthly work and spend time in nature which helps your intuitive perception.

however, you can wake up early each day or take a break to contemplate about the things that come to your mind.

I haven't had any luck making my mind "blank" enough to meditate. I prefer contemplation--I read something thought-provoking, and then allow myself to daydream or drift off on whatever thought tangents arise.
