Is there a street light shining thru your blinds or do you sleep with the TV on?

Dreaming of seeing the sun out in 2 or 3 am shows subconsciously you want something different and you may be seeking for special attention. Perhaps you are feeling not so respected in reality, emotionally you may be feeling disappointed or unhappy. Projecting sun out in early morning shows that you want to have a bright beginning and that is a symbolic way to say you are seeking for attention and recognition.

>> To see the sun in your dream, symbolizes peace of mind, enlightenment, tranquility, fortune, goodwill, and insight. It also represents radiant energy. It is a good omen to have the sun shining in your dream.
>> Alternately, because the sun is shining at night, could represent that you are burning the midnight oil/burning the candle at both ends ~ could be that you have been working too hard/longer hours than necessary.
Hope this helps. Ciao!

Your dream sounds more like there is unrest and lack of peace in your life. The sun represents an issue which will not let you rest at night and that you feel your days are longer than normal.

I looked in my dream dictonary under "sun" and here's what it says: To see the sun in your dream, symbolizes peace of mind, enlightenment, tranquility, fortune, goodwill, and insight. It also represents radiant energy. It is a good omen to have the sun shining in your dream.
Also, it might be something simple like a light in your room that's bothring you when you sleep, so you are dreaming about it. Do you have any lights in your room when you sleep (e.g. computer monitor, lights from outside, night light, hall light, alarm clock light).

i think only the dreamer can really interpret their own dreams because only the dreamer really knows whats going on in their life and how they are handling it...
having said that sometimes it is easier for others to interpret for you because they are not 'on the inside'.
how do you feel about the dream, sad, worried, happy, upset or content even tho you can't sleep (that will always give you a clue to the dreams meaning, 'how you feel')
not knowing you i would guess maybe it means you are waiting for your 'time to shine' or somebody close to you is ready to do something big and exciting.
i agree with the other poster, find a good church to attend, i like Baptist.

Loose interpretation? You have busy times ahead of you. Related interpretation? You're currently busy/worried in general (though you might not even know it).
Try deep meditation to clear your mind and get some extra sleep. You can also try watching the Republican Presidential debates :)

You are worried about something you havent done. The sun is the task that needs to be done or taken care of, and the insomnia is the guilt you feel that you are trying to sleep while the problem is still around.

God speaks to us whether we are into religion or not. :-) That is what this dream is about. You are asleep spiritually and that seems normal to you but God is getting your attention. Just as He is right now.
Look, I'm not religious. I don't regularly attend a certain "church", but God is real, and He communicates. One way is in dreams. :-)
