I had it removed awhile back, but it left a tiny hole shaped scar on the back of my neck, I simply forgot to tell the DOCS at MEPS about it, but I gotta ee them again on my ship out day, should I tell them then, it wasnt a serious problem at all, just left a tiny scar, Im sorta sure it wont dq me, but I dont wanna get hit with fraud. What all do they do during the "mini-physical" before you ship out? (i.e blood pressure, hieght weight, duck walk and such) And is it true that you have to go through all of it again before basic?

No. It's not disqualifying. But, you might want to get the doctor's records on it to give to the Medical Department at the MEPS and the basic training site so they don't think it's a residual from some cancer surgery.
