>> Snakes are very potent dream symbols & can have many different meanings.
>>As a positive symbol, snakes represent transformation, knowledge and wisdom. It is indicative of self-renewal and positive changes.
>> White can represent purity/spirituality. Yellow can represent peace/harmony.
I think this may be a positive dream ~ A problem that you have all the knowledge/wisdom to recognise & deal with & overcome.
>> Alternately, to see a snake or be bitten by one in your dream, signifies hidden fears and worries that are threatening you. Your dream may be alerting you to something in your waking life that you are not aware of or that has not yet surfaced. The snake may also be seen as phallic and thus symbolize dangerous and forbidden sexuality. The snake may also refer to a person around you who is callous, ruthless, and can't be trusted. Deceit or deception of some kind.
Hope this helps. Ciao!

The reason it wasn't scary is because all of these are actually a good thing. The nonpoisonous snake represents cleverness and the need to approach a situation in your life by knowing as much about it as possible before making a decision. White stands for purity and yellow signifies peace and contentment. I think it means that you will make the right decision and be happy about it. Are you thinking of changing jobs or getting married?

The serpent symbolizes psychic energy. A white, yellow or golden serpent means spiritual insight and experience. The serpent can and will greatly increase your self-knowledge. It is a very important dream symbol! Ordinarily the serpent signifies a phallus symbol and great sexual energy but with the introduction of the colors you stated, a stronger meaning has risen. White is the color of Purity; Yellow the color of liveliness. xx
