I'm the father of 7 ranging from 23 to 5 and girls are easy until about 10 or 11 after that it's trying. Boys are a little rowdier, but there easy for the most part in the older years

My husband and I are currently dealing with our oldest, a 16 year old son..we have two other children, girls, ages 7& (soon to be) 13 year olds... We recently moved over 40 miles from our home-town and jobs to get my son away from the element. We are now dealing with an angry, and rebellious teenage son, however, we find we made a good move since we no longer have to fight his "so called" friends, bad choice of local hangouts and my son no longer has the option to choose the wrong crowd to hang with....I feel if this is bad as it gets, we have tackled the problem and can move forward. However, I also feel in my heart this situation would not have been as easily resolved if it was my daughters we were dealing with. Both are very headstrong and VERY good at manipulation, even at this young age.

My son and daughter are both adults now, but, at every stage of development my son was easier. He has an easy going personality and is slow to anger. She has a personality like her father's, she thinks that she is right about everything. She got herself into trouble a lot more than he ever did. She kept me on my toes. I have always loved them equally and they know it.

I've always thought girls are easier...That is until they start to gain their Independence, then the boys are easier. I know in my family there was myself(youngest), my brother(middle),and my sister(eldest). Once we were a little older, my brother was always allowed to do more, I guess my parents felt more confident in his ability to take care of himself. Point being when they're little, boys might be a little crazier, but you worry more about the " helpless little girls". I have to say that always drove me nutty growing up, but as I look back on it...My brother was far more capable of defending himself in a bad situation.

Well, I have 2 boys 6, 13, and one girl 15. And by far, boys are much easier to raise than girls, because as all of us ladies know girls have hormones...lol.

Girls are easier at a younger age because they are calmer than boys, but boys are easier during teen years.

boys are and one reason for that is the social attituted and the biological make up. girls have more specal needs as thay grow older.you know that old saying that "boys will be boys" but if girls do it thay get specific titles you know what i mean i feel it should apply to both but thats the rules of our society peace out
