Try calling your nearest volunteer center, and various computer stores, to see if they know of such a place in your area. Use google.com to find computer and software clubs in your area (called "user groups", and these can include Mac user groups, vintage computer user groups, World of Warcraft groups, etc.) and email these groups, asking if they know of a place.
