is this going to kill the, "if humans evolved from apes and monkeys, why are there still apes and monkeys" question once and for all?

saying, "we will always have an answer" without providing an answer is like the ultimate copout. and no missing link? did you read some of the answers. one guy didn't even understand the question. i think there are several missing links that have already answered this question.

and for those of you too ignorant to understand the connection, look up "natural selection" on wikipedia...then after a little education, come back.

Christians want atheists to believe that everybody who believes in evolution evolved from monkeys. Atheists and others who believe in evolution *know* we don't come from monkeys. Christians just think that they're able to convince us of it somehow. I think it's funny.

They need to understand that man comes from an early primate called Hominid, which didn't really have that much in common with apes or monkeys. Scientists have found Hominid remains, and they have proven that it is our earliest ancestors. Where have they proven, or where is the theory stated that we come from monkeys or apes? It's not a difficult thing to understand. It's much easier for me to understand that I came from Hominid than it is to believe that I came from a monkey, an ape, or dirt.

Don't really understand your convoluted thinking here. What does the article have to do with your question? There are apes and monkeys because we DID NOT evolve from them. Java Man is a fake, paleotologists know this. The scientific community doesn't want us to know it. The skull cap is the same size as humans of today.

Our destruction of the earth, which includes the habitat of monkeys, has nothing to do with our creation. Humans destroy the earth daily which is the habitat of many animals that are becoming extinct, not just the monkeys. Good try though!

No, it wont put an end to that argument. Evolution remains an interesting theory, but a theory nonetheless. As with any theory, it hasnt been proven and the infamous missing link remains missing.

Good luck and blessings to you.

Never! They love the "problem of monkeys" argument.

They always resort to that one when they are getting cranky before nap time.
