Because she likes you and she's nervous. It'll stop once she gets used to you. That could take awhile, it depends on the person.

My hands do that really bad when I'm nervous. She just likes you!

Lol.... maybe her hands are just usually clammy. When i was with a 14 yr old back when i was 16, we'd always joke about 'clam hand' because i'd always have it and I have no idea why. My sis actually has beads of sweat form on her palms. Lol idk WHY it has to happen but it does. Might as well make it a joke with her too and call it 'clam hand'

She could be sexually stimulated. One of the side effects of sexual desire is releasing sweat to produce pheromones. Pheromones are instinctive odors that tell all living creatures that a potential mate is aroused.
