i really like this girl alot im 13 she's 14. we live 30 minutes apart from each other, but we see each other once a week sometimes. shes the only girl if ever seen that i like this way, with other girls, i dont care...but with this one i do.ive told her i liked her, she said i was cute but i really doubt she likes me as much as i do. alright, earlier this week she wanted me to sign up to myspace so both of us could chat with each other. we each only had each other as friends. the next day i see another guy who is the same age and lives in the same city and seems like a guy she would like. i called her asking who was that and she said it was a guy that she knew since middle school. She also said he has a great personality and is funny. She is one of those happy girls, i am more serious and have a horrible depression.....so she might like him more because of personality......... this plus a horrible depression equals a broken heart...... could this be true?!?!?!?!

For a 13 year old you seem to have some insight beyond your years.
You really are too young to be so worried about girls right now, but you do have some insight. I think you need a little help in connecting the dots in your situation. There's a guy that you think this girl would like, she says that he has a great personality and is funny, and then there's you --- serious and depressed. I don't want to hurt your feelings, but its easy to see which guy any girl is going to like more.
You're really young. There's plenty of time to make some positive changes in your life. You have to want change in your life, and you will probably need some help with that. Did a doctor diagnose you with depression, and do you take medication for that? Does it help? Are you working with a therapist? Talk to your parents. Talk to your school counselor. There are many people in this world who are able to help you.

you are still young and i am sure u get that all the time. What u can do is... act like u are not interested. Dont ask about the guys on her page. U need to play hard to get. Girls never want what they can have especially when they can have any guy. Make it like u r uninterested. Dont call to much. And if she does have few guys on her page act like u dont care. If u act that way, she is going to wonder why. Also try to see other girls. She will see how u are wanted by other girls and then she will get jealous. She will see how u treat other girls and want the same treatment. Even though u are only interested in her. You must not give her to much attention, she wants attention from guys that dont give it to her. Trust me it works every time. be confident!

seems like you have issues with yourself that you gotta focus on working out first before you start the long and rocky road of being in love. figure out what's making you so "horribly" depressed, find out why it really has no place in your life (universal solution to all depression, I'm a depression survivor) and you'll be better equipped for this relationship stuff. trust me, kid.

The way it sounds she is just looking at you as one of her guy friends not one of Her guy friends who she would like in that way. She probably does like the other guy. but you cant call her up and say hey who was that guy? cause for 1 it is not your business you guys arent dating anyway. You are young anyway and so is she
