It will be around 9 weeks, but it sounds as if you need to go to the Library and get swotting up as you have a lot to learn and a short time to do it in.

A dogs gestation period is between 59 - 66 days from when she was mated, Have your vet check her over to make sure that she is actually pregnant though, they can normally feel after 3 weeks of the mating.

Loses her plug??? I didn't know that was what we watch for for imminent labor for dogs. It is for humans. For dogs, most people take the dogs temperature twice a day. When it drops and stays down labor may begin.
