Of course they did. They were fictional characters. Fictional characters mostly have belly buttons, right?

This is actually a kind of fun and interesting question.
I've never thought about it, but I bet they didn't, since they weren't "born" and there was no need to cut the umbilical cord resulting in a belly button.
Can you imagine what Cain and Abel's belly buttons looked like?? They were probably really screwed up since it was the first time anyone had ever made a belly button. LOL!

I don't know. I guess not if they were created to be adults from the start.
Since you need an umbilical cord and all to form a belly button.

No. Before the fall they had spiritual bodies living in the light of God's grace. After the fall they fell into nature which made reproduction possible. The kids had buttons.

Well, all paintings of Adam and Eve portray them with belly buttons, so I guess you can't argue with that. :)

How could they?
Belly buttons are the remnants of umbilical cords... and neither of them were "born" by definition.
I find it even funnier that Primoa would say they would since I recall once that he said exactly the opposite as a means of telling them apart from other people in Heaven.

What does that have to do with anything?
I'm sure they did...........they were the first human beings ever created.
Edit:
Lucid.....do you really think that we are going to look and see if we have belly buttons in order to tell who's who in heaven?
