Who is the photographer who takes pictures of Power Plants but makes them look like those inspiration images?

I remember in Art School this photographer who would take images of power plants like San Onofre and take then in way that would they would look like those inspiration/nature pictures. Those images that would show a pack of wolves and would have teamwork written below it. Does anyone know who I am talking about?

Bernhard and Hilla Becher took pictures of small mines and water towers as a series in 1991. Hope that helps!
