read the links below.they should help you.i would use the cable in the RG6 family,if you r on a budget.WF65 CU/CF63 twin coax cable is the only quality of cable recommended to be used by SKY TV. It replaces the now obsolete CT63. This quality of cable is used for SKY PLUS, SKY HD and SKY PLUS 160.

there are lots of ways but the best especially if you have terrestrial TV as well would be to buy a cheap 1 in 2 out amp and run your RF out of the sky box into the in and then ordinary 75 ohm TV coax to each TV. This will let you watch all channels on both TVs. obviously you can only change channel in the room with the sky box, unless you also get a remote control extender.

I ran ordinary 75 ohm TV coaxial cable from the RF output of the satellite receiver to a TV set in an upstairs bedroom.
By tuning in to the usual analogue transmissions and the Sky box I am able to select them all.
The Sky channel wanted for viewing upstairs has to be selected downstairs.
It works fine.

Any 75 ohms coaxial cable will do. Don buy cheap one , buy good quality to reduce losses.
