So after hs, I started treating women like objects and I didn't really care about any of them. I have my reasons. Finally a good girl comes my way, someone I could really see myself caring about, after we started hanging out she started dating her X again! I know I can treat her better than he can and I want her really bad. Is there anything I can do to show her that without ruining our friendship? Is there anything I can do besides wait for them to break up again?

I think you've already ruined the friendship by having feelings for her (not totally your fault :-). If she's in a committed relationship move on. Don't try to press something that may cause you regrets later on. Plus, your feelings will probably just grow overtime anyways, so why put yourself through the pain by longing after her and/or waiting for something that might never be?

First I think you need to resolve the "reasons" why you treated women like objects. Maybe you felt someone in high school treated you badly, so you decided to make up for it by treating others badly. That's not a solution. If you put negative out there in the world it will only come back to you. So now you find yourself in love with a woman who is not available. Maybe she's witnessed how you have treated other women and isn't interested in having that happen to her. First change your behavior, and maybe she will notice.

The fact that she's on and off with her ex indicates major instability and baggage, even if they did break up, you'd just be a rebound, unless you waited a long time for her to get over him. I think you're better off meeting other women, maybe you'll click with another one. Good Luck!

If he was her ex once, he will probably be her ex again. Wait it out. Be caring and patient. If it is meant to be, she will run to you.
