Tomato juice does not contain a lot of fat, sugar or carbohydrates. However, it does contain a VERY high content of salt. A large glass of tomato juice could give you around 25% of your RDA of salt (sodium chloride). In addition, it typically also contains a mild acid like citric acid to make the product taste better. So you ought to think about your teeth and what this acid does to you in the long run.

I am a huge tomato juice fan myself, and sometimes I find it difficult to moderate my intake too, but I think 1litre everyday regularly may not be a good idea, mainly because of the salt content. If you can find a brand without so much salt or if you make your own tomato juice then you could moderate this intake a lot better.

Hope this helps!

Well at least you are getting various your day-to-day fruit/veggie servings! I'd simply be concerned concerning the salt consumption. I feel that you can get low sodium kind if you're involved about that. It can be much better than any other things you could be drinking... And very low in calories!
